I don’t know where this Head Cannon spam is coming from.

So Sinestro.

This is a scene where Hal, still a newb, goes to investigate claims that Sinestro is abusing his power and Sinestro has to explain why he has a palace.  Unfortunately, for Sinestro, the banners and mustache really scream “fascist.”
